We are Baufritz , a family-owned company and a pioneering German manufacturer of sustainable timber homes with more than 100 houses built in the UK. We design and build healthy, environmentally friendly homes that are good for people and for nature. We're currently looking for a Junior Sales Consultant to join our growing UK team on a freelance basis. Key Responsibilities -Support clients through the entire sales and design journey - from initial enquiry to final agreement -Conduct proactive outreach via telephone, respond to client enquiries, and prepare tailored quotations -Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the process -Actively identify and engage new potential clients, including through networking, referrals, and research -Represent Baufritz at industry events, trade shows, and open house events -Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and sales pipeline status via our CRM system About You: -A relevant degree or demonstrable experience in sales or consultative roles - ideally involving complex products or high-end clientele -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and stakeholders -A professional, friendly demeanour that naturally builds trust -A genuine interest in architecture, sustainability, and eco-conscious living -Strong IT literacy, including CRM tools -A good team player with a proactive service mindset -While not essential, fluency in German is advantageous and would be beneficial to the role What We Offer -A respected, successful, and values-driven family business -A unique, premium-quality product portfolio and inspiring company ethos - Intensive training at our headquarters in Germany and at our UK office in Cambridge -Ongoing mentorship and regular opportunities for professional development -Fixed payments to get you started in the first year -Attractive, commission-based earnings with no cap -Access to our office in Cambridge, if required We look forward to receiving your application: WhatsApp: +49 (0)175 1896069 Email: personal@baufritz.de If you have any questions about the position, please get in touch with us: Mr Oliver Rehm Baufritz (UK) Ltd.
