What will you be doing? Leading the IT support function, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained and continually improved. Overseeing first and second-line support across desktop, software, and initial infrastructure issues. Managing procurement and asset management processes, working closely with vendors and suppliers. Collaborating with the security team to maintain best practices. Planning and delivering end-user computing projects, upgrades, and improvements. Mentoring and developing the team, aligning individual growth with company objectives. Managing rotas to ensure team availability and effective support coverage. Skills & Experience Required Previous experience working within an IT support environment, with a track record of leading a successful team. Strong understanding of Microsoft-based infrastructure and general networking. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong interdepartmental relationships. A confident, motivated approach with the ability to manage workloads, multitask, and work well under pressure.
