Are you passionate about technology and delivering excellent customer service? Do you enjoy variety and building strong client relationships? Join a fast-growing, award-winning business. As IT Account Manager Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support in pre-sales and post-sales processes Manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers Hold regular account reviews and identify upgrade opportunities Upsell, cross-sell, and win new business Lead projects from presales through to delivery Collaborate with service teams to meet client needs Maintain a strong 3-month pipeline and manage it through CRM tools What We're Looking For: Solid technical background, ideally in telecoms and cloud-based solutions Knowledge of Microsoft, Linux, VOIP, Cisco, Juniper, or Meraki Strong communication and sales skills Previous technical account management experience Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Autotask, or Kaseya Full UK driving licence What's on Offer: Up to £60,000 basic salary + uncapped commission Hybrid working with client site visits 25 days' holiday + bank holidays + birthday off Life insurance, income protection, and employee assistance programme Apply now to be part of a dynamic, people-focused business that's growing fast.
