This progressive role ensures smooth communication and efficient processing of customer requests and orders while maintaining a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities as an Internal Sales Coordinator: Oversee the customer journey through the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition to internal teams. Prepare technical proposals and quotes for customers. Ensure that orders and proposals progress swiftly through the business in alignment with SLAs. Provide first-level technical support to customers. Support teams cross functionally to enhance customer interactions and streamline sales processes.
