If you're ready to lead product development from concept to final implementation, this is your chance to make a real impact!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProduct Development & Implementation\n\nTranslate the CEO's vision into concrete hardware and software solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.\nDesign, develop, and test both hardware and embedded software for new and existing products.\nOversee the integration of hardware and software to ensure seamless performance and functionality.\nConduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and proof-of-concept development for new product ideas.Technical Coordination & Project Management\n\nManage all aspects of product development, collaborating closely with internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.\nDefine project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that all products are delivered on time and within budget.\nAct as a liaison between engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth product lifecycle management.Innovation & Research\n\nStay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor advancements to drive product innovation.\nIdentify opportunities to improve existing products and develop new solutions.\nEnsure that all products meet relevant industry standards and certifications.Collaboration & Communication\n\nWork cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Production, and Support teams to ensure smooth product rollouts.\nDocument engineering processes, designs, and test results for internal use and regulatory compliance.\nProvide technical guidance and training to internal teams on new products and technologies.Skills\n\nEssential:\n\nProven experience in hardware and software engineering, ideally within the Pro AV, electronics, or embedded systems sectors.\nStrong background in embedded systems development, including firmware programming (C/C++, Python, or similar).\nExpertise in hardware design, including PCB layout, circuit design, and microcontroller-based systems.\nKnowledge of networking protocols, AV signal distribution, or control systems is a plus.\nFamiliarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) and experience in taking products from concept to market.\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.\nExperience with compliance testing and certification processes.\nDesirable:\n\nExperience with FPGA programming, DSP, or real-time embedded systems.\nFamiliarity with CAD software for hardware design.\nKnowledge of AV-over-IP, HDBaseT, or similar AV transmission technologies
