We are seeking an interim ER Advisor to join a dedicated Human Resources team in the Business Services industry, offering robust support to staff and managers, and assisting with various HR activities and project. Client Details Our client is a medium-sized organisation within the Business Services industry. It is based in Leeds, Armley, and is noted for its commitment to excellence and high-performance culture. Description Providing first-line HR support to staff and management. Assisting with HR projects and initiatives. Advising on HR policies and procedures. Assisting with recruitment and selection processes. Handling employee relations issues. Maintaining HR systems and records. Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices. Collaborating with other departments to ensure HR goals align with organisational objectives. Profile A successful 'Interim ER Advisor' should have: A qualification in Human Resources or a related field. Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Led on ER cases Proficiency in HR management systems. Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism. Experience in the Business Services industry is desirable. Job Offer A competitive salary of around £32,000 Temporary role for around 3 months Free parking facilities.
