Description Coordinating and managing all bid processes. Developing strategic plans to secure winning bids. Ensuring all bid submissions meet the necessary criteria and deadlines. Collaborating with the sales and marketing department to understand client requirements. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity. Reporting on bid status to upper management. Identifying areas for improvement in the bid process. Promoting a culture of excellence within the bid team. Profile A successful Interim Bid Manager should have: Proven experience in bid management. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
