Starting Book: Pre-built portfolios of approximately £150k - £120k in income. Targets and expectations are tailored based on portfolio size, experience and existing relationships. Compensation: Base salary to £75k (depending on experience) Competitive commission structure and best benefits package. What we're looking for: At least experience in a similar Commercial Account Executive or Development Executive role. A strong technical background in designing and managing commercial insurance programs. A proven track record of developing client portfolios and delivering results.
