\n\n Legal Contracts Manager \nLaw Staff is delighted to be assisting a respected and renown Regulatory Organisation who are seeking a Legal Contracts Manager. You will be a key strategic leader responsible for overseeing a dynamic commercial contracts legal team of 5. Whilst ensuring efficient, accurate, and legally robust contract management whilst overseeing and mentoring the Team that supports the organisation's commercial objectives. \n \n \n Experience and Qualifications Background: \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\t Must be a Qualified Solicitor or CILEx with at least 5 years PQE \n\t Minimum of 3 years Managerial experience within a Legal capacity \n\t Extensive knowledge of reviewing and drafting complex Commercial Contracts \n\t Advanced proficiency in contract management software \n\t Expert knowledge of relevant legal technologies \n\t Strong Microsoft Office and document management system skills Exceptional negotiation skills \n\t Strategic problem-solving \n\t Excellent written and verbal communication \n\t Meticulous attention to detail \n\t Strong leadership and coaching abilities \n\t Adaptability in fast-changing business environments \n \n\n \n Key Responsibilities: \n \nContract Review & Drafting \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\t Comprehensively review, draft, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts including:\n\t \n\t\t Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) \n\t\t Supply Agreements \n\t\t Service Agreements \n\t\t Partnership Agreements \n\t\t Software as a Service (SaaS) Contracts \n\t \n\t \n\t Ensure contracts:\n\t \n\t\t Are legally sound \n\t\t Mitigate organisationalrisk \n\t\t Align with strategic and operational goals \n\t \n\t \n\t Provide expert legal interpretation of contract terms \n\t Identify and strategically mitigate legal risks \n\t Maintain strict compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies \n \n\n Team Management \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\t Lead and develop a high-performing contracts legal team \n\t Provide continuous professional guidance and support \n\t Manage team workloads and priorities \n\t Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development \n\t Collaborate closely with the Data Protection Team and Stakeholders/ Board Member to enhance operational efficiency \n \n\n Stakeholder Collaboration \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\t Serve as principal legal business partner to internal stakeholders \n\t Provide strategic legal advice supporting commercial objectives \n\t Work collaboratively across procurement, management, and business units \n\t Protect and advance business interests through proactive legal counsel \n \n\n Training and Development of the Team \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\t Develop and deliver comprehensive contract management training \n\t Create best practice guidelines for contract management \n\t Encourage knowledge sharing within the legal team \n\t Support continuous learning and professional growth initiatives \n \n\n In return for your commitment and hard work you will be rewarded with: \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\t Excellent Salary package of up to £80K DOE \n\t Impressive Benefits package including Pension, BUPA and Wellness options \n\t Professional development and upskilling opportunities \n\t 3 days WFH hybrid & flexible work arrangements \n\t Collaborative and innovative organisational culture \n \n\n \nquoting Ref: 36944 \n\n
