The role involves managing and developing a high-quality caseload focused ondefending industrial disease claims.This work includes both pre-litigated and litigated matters, typically involving claims such as noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL), hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS), asbestos-related conditions, and occupational asthma.
