Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £45,000-£46,000 Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week) Contract Type: Permanent A higher education institution based in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Business Partner to join its small but dynamic Human Resources team. This is a key role offering the opportunity to lead on complex employee relations (ER) casework , support senior stakeholders through effective business partnering , and help shape a people strategy that s informed by data and focused on organisational success. The Role As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to departments across the institution, supporting managers with a broad range of people matters and working strategically on organisational priorities. This includes handling sensitive ER cases, advising on change processes, and helping teams navigate people challenges constructively and confidently. You ll also be involved in key HR projects and will play an active part in promoting a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture.
