Are you passionate about delivering first-class HR service and making a real impact in a fast-paced environment? We re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our UK HR team! As the first point of contact for HR queries, you ll play a pivotal role in supporting both employees and managers with expert advice and seamless HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Chelmsford HR Helpdesk and phone lines, offering professional and timely support Handle the HR ticketing tool and shared inbox Guide employees and managers on HR policies and procedures Support onboarding and offboarding , including induction of new joiners Process and communicate employee data, including contracts and changes Maintain and update Workday HRIS to ensure data accuracy Provide administrative support for reward schemes and benefit programmes Prepare reports both standard and ad hoc Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and work instructions Coordinate and contribute to key HR projects Support disciplinary hearings, grievances, consultations, redundancies, and collective bargaining activity What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a busy HR function Proficient in Workday HRIS Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong ability to multitask, prioritise and work with a process improvement mindset A meticulous eye for detail with a right first time approach Accountable and tenacious, always focused on delivering a positive employee experience A proactive, self-motivated team player Familiarity with systems such as SuccessFactors , Cornerstone , or iCIMS is a plus
