Must have at least 1 year of experience as an RN. Medicare home health experience is preferred Basic understanding of OASIS is preferred Homecare Homebase HCHB experience is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must possess a valid state driver license, maintain automobile liability insurance, maintain dependable transportation, and must be able to safely drive in all types of weather Must possess CPR certification for the healthcare provider Additional Information Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer.
