Role Description This is a part time or full time position - visiting/domiciliary Healthcare Assistant role located in Chelmsford and surrounding villages. The Healthcare Assistant will be responsible for tasks related to manual handling, interpersonal skills, patient care, support with medication/mobility/general wellbeing and health & safety. Qualifications (where applicants do not have all the below training -we can offer training to get applicants up to speed if they illustrate the competencies necessary to be a good carer) Manual Handling and Health & Safety skills Interpersonal Skills and Patient Care experience Knowledge of basic medicine practices Excellent communication and observational skills Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous Completion of relevant healthcare courses or certifications Excellent English Must have a car and a valid driving license
