KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills & Employability sectors.\n\nJob Title:Health and Social Care Assessor\n\nLocation: Southampton - Home/Field based (Must be flexible with travel)\n\nSalary:£30,000 + BONUS of an additional £5,000 OTE\n\nType:Full Time, Permanent\n\nEssential Criteria:\nHold a recognisedAssessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA but you do not need up to date assessing experience!\nSuccessful candidates must have experience of delivering Apprenticeships (Previously as Frameworks and looking to return to assessing or more recently assessed New Apprenticeship Standards) in Health and Social Care at Level 3 or 5.\nHold occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly) at Management level.\nConfident to deliver Mathsand English Functional Skills.\nHappy to conduct online remote assessments - and face to face when required\nMust have a good level of ICTskills\nFull, clean driving licenceand use of a vehicle.\nMust be flexible with travelDuties include:\nAssess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care up to Level 5.\nDeliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Mathsand English to level 2.\nManaging your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.\nOrganise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.\nSupport, advise and motivate learners.\nOvercome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner s needs.\nMeet Assessor KPI s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.Personal Skills:\nOrganisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.\nConfident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.\nQuality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners\nPlease note:\n\nKM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
