As a Consultant or Senior Consultant you will be involved in a diverse range of projects, covering both client and non-client work. As such, your responsibilities will include Leading projects day-to-day including coordination and project management of internal delivery teams alongside client-facing coordination of projects Designing solutions to the complex problems our clients in the healthcare and life sciences industry face and present these solutions in an accessible manner Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of trends in conditions/diseases driving healthcare demand, usage and morbidity patterns People responsibilities including the line management and development of junior members of the team What skills, experience and qualities are we looking for? Demonstrable, in line with the level of the position, experience in a Health Economics position, preferably within a consultancy environment A minimum 2:1 degree in a numerate or science subject with a Masters or PhD in Statistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, Public Health or Health Economics An excellent grounding in Health Economics with demonstrable experience undertaking statistical analysis to support economic evaluation Experience working on HTA submissions is desirable, as is experience undertaking statistical analyses to support economic evaluation Experience in methods for external comparator arms (e.g. MAIC and similar methods) Experience in business development activities, including proposal writing and pitch presenting is highly desirable A team player that will enjoy being part of a growing, dynamic department Comfortable leading on day-to day project activities and managing the workloads of more junior team members Initiative and creativity Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products with programming experience in R highly desirable Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects alongside mentoring and coordination of junior team members Commitment to delivering high quality work as standard What s in it for you?
