Our client is a highly regarded and award-winning and forward thinking house builder who, with an excellent land bank and project pipeline, are looking to appoint an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to lead the function. Key Responsibilities & Required Background Proven experience in housebuilding is essential, ideally within a quality-led SME environment. Strong track record of successfully selling luxury homes, particularly properties valued over £1 million. Previous leadership of high-performing sales teams, with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire. Background in Marketing and PR within property development. Deep understanding of the local property market and buyer demographics. Ability to create and deliver a robust, data-driven sales strategy aligned with business goals. Set and manage clear KPIs to monitor sales performance and implement action plans where needed. Develop accurate sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and tailored go-to-market plans for each development site. Ensure a premium customer experience across all developments, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
