Head of Payroll Location: Manchester - 3 day in office Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + Car allowance Contract type: Permanent JGA are partnering with a leading business who are looking to add a Head of Payroll to the team. Key Responsibilities: Encourage the teams to work closely with operations, service, and customer success to keep everything aligned and running smoothly Take charge of monitoring SLA delivery from start to finish, ensuring all claims and settlements are processed promptly and accurately Overseeing P11D and year-end tasks, while also playing a supportive, coordinating role across the wider team Required Skills: Strong UK Payroll knowledge Expert knowledge of UK payroll legislation Experience managing multisite/offshore teams A strong history of driving successful business change and streamlining processes to boost efficiency and impact.
