The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice, manage risk, and ensure compliance within a large healthcare organisation in London. Description Provide expert legal advice on procurement-related activities Develop, implement and review procurement strategies and policies Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Manage and mitigate legal risks Lead the legal team in contract negotiations Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance procurement processes Offer training to staff on legal issues related to procurement Represent the organisation in legal proceedings if necessary Profile A successful Head of Legal - Procurement Services should have: A degree in Law or a related field Professional legal qualifications Extensive knowledge of procurement laws and regulations Proven experience in a similar role within the public sector Excellent negotiation and communication skills Job Offer A competitive salary.
