Hybrid working and extensive benefits package.\n\nThis is a senior leadership role within the Europe Fleet line of Business for WEX, responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align to the company s overall objective.\n\nWhat s on Offer?\n\nCompetitive salary, £65,000 - £75,000based upon experience\nAnnual company bonus\n37.5 hour week- Monday to Friday, no evenings or weekends\nHybrid working from our Manchester office (1-2 days per week)\nIndustry leading pension\n25 days holidays plus bank holidays with the opportunity to purchase additional holidays\nLife assurance & Income protection\nDiscount & perks platform\nGymFlex membership & Cycle2Work Scheme\nEmployee wellbeing platform\nKey Responsibilities of the Head of Financial Planning:\n\nDeveloping long-term financial plans with dynamic and flexible models\nAsses the potential impact of strategic decisions\nForecasting 5 year outturns\nEvaluating Financial data to identify opportunities and risks\nPreparing and presenting reports to senior management and stakeholders\nProviding insights and recommendations for decision making\nRecommending cost reduction strategies and impact this may have\nEvaluating investment opportunities\nMaking recommendations on capital investment and supporting the capital planning process\nMaximise returns on investments including CAC/LTV and customer profitability\nAct as a trusted advisor providing financial insights to drive informed decision making\nCommunicate financial information effectively to build trust and transparency\nLead and develop a direct team of 3\nSet expectations to lead a high performing team that embody excellent delivery and quality\nActively support Director of FP&A Strategy and Data and Operational directors\nContribute to the leadership of the wider International Finance team\nDirect and Prioritise team activities in line with business priorities\nSkills & Experience:\n\nACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified\nSolid experience of strategic decision making\nCan lead and influence a team of Finance professionals\nAbility and skill to analyse and provide insight on large datasets\nStrong understating of economic indicators\nAbility to break down complex problems\nAbility to think critically and develop long term strategies\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to maintain accuracy and precision\nWhat s next?\n If you believe you have the experience and skillset to hit the ground running in this Head of Financial Planning position, then please APPLY TODAY for immediate consideration
