Read on...\n\nMy client, a busy student accommodation company requires an efficient temporary handyman to assist with daily reactive repairs and maintenance at a few of their student accommodation sites across Liverpool.\n\nJob duties can include:\n\nUndertaking reactive Maintenance tasks to high quality standards including basic plumbing, joinery, and carpentry, with painting and decorating where necessary.\nMoving furniture and heavy items across the buildings.\nMaintenance of lighting and statutory testing.\nResponding to health and safety matters appropriately.\nManage the electronic maintenance report and update where needed.\nMaintain adequate levels of stock and materials, informing management when tools and equipment needs to be ordered.\nThe perfect candidate will have:\n\nProven experience of undertaking repairs and maintenance in a domestic residential environment or as a general builder/residential construction in the following trades: plumber, electrician, or carpenter.\nWork well as a team or individually.\nAwareness of Health & Safety requirements.\nPositive attitude and ability to use initiative.\nHelpful, friendly with a professional manner.\nWe strive to provide the best quality to our client so if you believe you would be a great asset to the team, please apply now!\n\n(RitzRecEmpBus)
