The Role: Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships and delivering recruitment solutions in the tech sector. This is your chance to make a real impact by engaging with both candidates and clients, helping to shape the future of tech talent in the US market. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and headhunting top talent, building relationships through business development, networking, and market research, and guiding candidates and clients through the interview and offer processes. What We re Looking For: Recent graduates (2021 2024) with a strong desire to build a career in recruitment. A passion for relationship building, coupled with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. Sourcing Talent: Find the best candidates for client needs through active and passive headhunting. Interview Management: Prepare candidates for interviews, provide feedback, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients. Closing Deals: Negotiate offers and ensure a positive outcome for both candidates and clients. What Makes You a Great Fit: You re a social individual with excellent communication and people skills.
