Job Opportunity: Graduate Town Planner - Cardiff Are you a recent graduate with a passion for town planning and a desire to develop your career in a dynamic, supportive environment? We are currently seeking a Graduate Town Planner to join a highly respected planning consultancy in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow and learn from experienced professionals in the field. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing planning applications and reports for various developments, from residential to commercial projects. Conduct site assessments and support the preparation of planning statements and appeals. Provide planning advice to clients and support on strategic planning matters. Stay updated with local and national planning policies, regulations, and legislation. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects. About You: A degree in Town Planning (or related discipline), or equivalent. Strong understanding of planning legislation and policies in the UK. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Ideally, you'll have some experience through internships or relevant placements, but this is not essential.
