Graduate Business Developer Monday - Friday: 08.00 - 16.00 £32,646 - £33,952 per annum People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Graduate Business Developer to join our well-established client based in Manchesteron a full-time permanent basis. Benefits Competitive salary Early Finish Friday (14:00) Company annual bonus Above statutory pension contribution Private Health Insurance Opportunities for Overseas Travel Life Insurance Permanent position Immediate start Day to Day Duties As a Graduate Business Developer, your duties would include: Searching for new clients who might benefit from our products and maximizing customer potential Identifying new applications for our product portfolio through customer contacts Product ideation Delivering technical presentations and demonstrating how the products meet their client s needs Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events Meeting regular sales targets Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers Managing and interpreting customer requirements speaking with customers to understand, anticipate and meet their needs Travelling to visit potential and existing customers Essential Skills It is Essential as a Graduate Business Developer that you have: Entrepreneurial background and/or spirit Full UK driving license with the flexibility and willingness to travel when required Excellent spoken and written communication skills Pro-active and solution orientated with the ability to cope in difficult/demanding situations Technically and commercially aware Strong interpersonal skills capable of influencing clients Good organisational skills and the ability to understand detailed information Desirable Experience It would be Desirable as a Graduate Business Developer if you: Telemarketing or other cold customer outreach experience is meriting An honours degree in technical discipline is meriting Additional foreign language is meriting What training is provided?
