Global PR Manager - Luxury Jewellery Brand Central London - 5 days office-based Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) Prestigious international luxury jewellery brand seeks a dynamic Global PR Manager to lead global PR strategy and execution across all editorial channels, maximizing brand visibility in key markets. This role encompasses developing global PR strategies, leading UK editorial execution, managing international PR agencies, securing high-profile placements, developing talent/influencer partnerships, managing events/press trips, collaborating with internal teams, tracking PR performance, managing budgets, and staying ahead of industry trends within the luxury jewellery sector. Ideal candidate has strong luxury, fashion, or jewellery PR experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement global PR strategies aligned with brand objectives, ensuring consistent messaging internationally within the luxury jewellery landscape. Lead UK editorial strategy and execution, identifying key media, creating compelling materials, and proactively pitching for high-quality coverage. Cultivate and manage international PR agency relationships for effective collaboration and performance against KPIs in the luxury sector. Secure high-profile placements in top-tier global print, online, and digital publications, leveraging a strong media network in luxury and jewellery. Develop and implement talent and influencer strategies, identifying and managing partnerships relevant to the high jewellery world for authentic brand amplification. Plan and execute successful press events, product launches, and international press trips to generate positive media coverage and enhance brand experience in the luxury sector. Collaborate with internal marketing, communications, creative, and commercial teams for seamless integration of PR activities and brand messaging for luxury jewellery. Establish KPIs, monitor and analyze PR performance, and provide insightful reports to senior management on impact within the luxury market. Manage the PR budget effectively, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing ROI. Continuously monitor the evolving media landscape and adapt PR strategies to maintain the brand's competitive edge in luxury jewellery. Experience Needed: University degree or equivalent. Minimum 5 years' PR experience in luxury, fashion, or jewellery (in-house or agency). Luxury market knowledge preferred. Proven experience planning and delivering PR plans across all editorial channels, with UK market knowledge. Global PR department experience beneficial. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines. Ability to thrive in a busy environment and deliver exceptional results. Strong stakeholder management skills. Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
