About this role: We are seeking a Global Head of Communications, Capital Markets to lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of an integrated communications plan comprising employee, executive, and external communications for our Capital Markets business. Leading a team of approximately six communications professionals, the key deliverable for this role is to develop and implement an integrated communications plan to support delivery of the Capital Markets and Value & Risk Advisory business strategy in two principal tranches: Contributing to the positioning and engagement of commercial growth initiatives related to Capital Markets and Valuation & Risk Advisory through earned media, and Delivering an internal communications strategy which highlights our culture of collaboration (OneJLL) and technology enabled platform as enablers for us to win more business and achieve our growth targets. While the incumbent will be responsible for developing the strategy and leading the implementation of the integrated communications plan, we expect it should include the following: In respect of external communications, Support the development and amplification of key topics via selected spokesperson profile / personas externally, Support the development and amplification of press releases to support the CM story and key differentiators, including Talent, our key differentiators (ESG and Tech), and client stories (wins / deals), Secure external speaking opportunities (media & events) for CM spokespeople, and Provide appropriate training support for our key spokespeople. In respect of internal communications, Support the creation and socialization of key messages to CM employees based on their most relevant affiliation within the business line, Support the development and execution of global leadership town halls, Support the development and amplification of key CM leaders profile / personas, Support the internal socialization of CM key initiatives (i.e., internal platforms, campaigns, etc.), and Support the internal amplification of key wins, transactions, client testimonials with strong focus on OneJLL. In developing and deploying this plan, the role holder will have the opportunity to partner closely with and leverage the shared resources of our existing global internal and external communications centers of excellence. Tactically, we expect this work will include: Developing and executing an annual communications plan for Capital Markets in support of the business strategy and aligned with the overall enterprise communications plan, Partnering with peers on the Global Communications Leadership Team to manage the flow of communications to Capital Markets audiences. Manage the content-related portion of external and internal Capital Markets newsletter communications Work closely with research on the insights most relevant to the Capital Markets business and ensure these are integrated into the Capital Markets plan Coordinate communication execution of key strategic acquisitions, crisis comms and/or highly sensitive transformation programs Location: On-site London, GBR If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don t meet all the requirements.
