They require a self-employed Domestic Gas Service Engineer to carry out LGSR S annual landlord gas safety checks for a local authority.
Work Type: Annual landlord gas safety checks (CP12s) - pre-booked appointments via PDA
Location: Suffolk
Working days: Monday to Friday 5 days per week
Contract Length: Ongoing
Rates: £240-£264 per day
Payment Terms: Weekly one week in hand
Requirements:
- Experience servicing and repair of domestic boilers and gas appliances
- ACS qualifications including cookers and fires
- Gas Safe Registration
- Van
- Calibrated flue gas analyser
- £2m Public Liability Insurance
