Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality care and education to children in accordance with EYFS standards. Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Support children s emotional, social, and educational needs. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Observe, assess, and record children s progress and development. Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment. What We're Looking For: A relevant qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., Level 3 Early Years Educator or equivalent). Experience working with children in an Early Years setting. A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and child development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children. A commitment to continuous professional development.
