Born from the love of food, friendship and travel, the fashion and lifestyle brand PICANTE has gone on to become a cult London-based label featured in publications including Vogue, HYPEBEAST, HighSnobiety, Complex and GQ. PICANTE is currently looking for a Senior Photographer & Retoucher on a freelance basis to support the creative team with high-quality product, e-commerce and campaign imagery. THE ROLE: We're seeking a highly skilled photographer and retoucher with a strong fashion background to elevate our imagery across all platforms. You ll be responsible for editing campaign content and shooting and editing e-commerce content, with a particular focus on flat lay garments and refined retouching. A deep understanding of Photoshop, exceptional timekeeping, and an obsessive eye for detail are absolutely essential. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Photography & Shooting Shoot clean, sharp e-commerce imagery (flat lay, on-body, still life) Manage lighting and setups, either in our studio or using your own kit Retouching & Editing Reshape flat lay garments into site-ready assets Retouch imagery to a very high standard Colour correct garments and format images for web, email, social and paid media Edit campaign visuals to ensure consistency across all touchpoints Process & Workflow Work quickly and efficiently with tight turnarounds Collaborate with the creative and ecommerce teams to meet content deadlines Maintain consistency with the PICANTE visual identity and tone SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Proven previous experience in fashion photography and retouching is essential Exceptional Photoshop skills must be able to reshape and refine flat lay garments Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Capture One or equivalent Strong understanding of lighting, styling and composition High attention to detail pixel perfection is expected Excellent timekeeping and ability to manage your own workflow Strong communication and collaborative mindset London-based Experience with Figma is a plus THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-obsessed and technically excellent in both photography and post-production. They ll have a strong background in fashion imagery and a sharp eye for visual consistency. You should be comfortable working independently, fast under pressure, and always willing to go the extra mile to get the perfect shot.
