FLT/ Stores Operative

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts (Counterbalance) to move products safely and efficiently.
Load and unload deliveries from trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety.
Transport materials to different locations within the warehouse or yard as required.
Stack and store goods in appropriate areas according to company protocols.
Perform regular checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues.
Maintain accurate records of product movement, inventory, and deliveries.
Follow safety protocols and ensure all health and safety regulations are met.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including stock checks and maintaining a clean working environment.Qualifications:

Valid Forklift Truck license
Proven experience as a Forklift Truck Driver in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems and basic inventory control.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions £12.21/hour
