Role: Fleet Account Manager\n\nLocation: Northwest Region\n\nWorking hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm\n\nSalary: £26,764 + £2,000 Performance related bonus once established in the role\n\nAs an integral part of our Fleet team, you will play a key role in driving our department's commercial success.\n\nWorking closely with the Fleet Commercial Operation, you will actively participate to enhancing team performance, new and existing clients, whilst supporting the wider Fleet / Branch Network, and Call Centre contribution (Taxi Department).\n\nWhat you will be doing:\n\nUtilising CRM system (Salesforce) to be maintain with updated files, customer outcomes, diary, lead and opportunity cycle stage.\nAccuracy on all data entries and submissions to allow fluid operation and SLA turn arounds.\nInbound and Outbound target audience (UTA - Universal Target Audience) leads to qualify to next stages to meet agreed team KPI's.\nProfessional approach to communication as a main tool to build and maintain all levels of customer relationship and service.\nMeeting and exceeding team and departmental key performance indicators & budgetary requirements.\nManaging own performance of defined targets and delivering continuous improvements in performance and productivity.\nSupport search / connections to commercial industry individuals and commercial events to showcase Fleet product suite and service to source new business development.\nSupport BDM to effectively maintain dairy and new business prospects through to new business conversion.\nEnsure Quality (Compliance/Audits) meet standards, a good level of customer service is delivered.What we're looking for:\n\nInsurance experience (Preferable but not essential)\nAccount/Portfolio management experience (Preferable)\nStrong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients and insurance agents to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.\nSales acumen: Proficiency in identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into clients through persuasive selling techniques.\nAbility Work independently\nProblem -solving skills: Aptitude for quickly resolving client issues, addressing concerns, and finding innovative solutions to meet their insurance needs.\nOrganizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nProduct knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations to provide accurate information and advice to clients.\nAbility to adapt to fast paced changes in the insurance industry, client preferences, and market conditions to stay competitive and achieve business objectives.\nPositive Can-do Attitude, Detail-orientated, approachable, ability to network and sustain relationships.Wellbeing:\n\nEnhanced Annual Leave entitlement starting at 31 days and potentially increasing to 35 days per year depending on grade & length of service (including bank holidays)\nEnhanced paternity pay and 16 weeks full maternity pay.\nColleague Assistance programme offers a suite of wellbeing services such as:\n6 Free Counselling sessions per year\nUnlimited access to a telephone councillor 24/7\nAccess to a free 4-week programme of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) with a trained therapist mentor.\nNetwork of internal qualified mental health first aiders are available to provide support to colleagues.Financial:\n\nA core level of life assurance with the option to increase cover via salary sacrifice and add your spouse/partner\nAbility to access your earnings before payday via Dayforce Wallet.\nCompany pension scheme\nRefer a friend scheme with a £250 bonus for every colleague recommended on passing their probation period.\nAccess to a flexible benefits platform including an annual flex pot allowance to spend on over 15 benefits of your choice.\nAbility to give back.
