This is an opportunity for a Fire Risk Assessor to work on a exclusively on a portfolio of private clients, working with large investors as well as pension funds, on a range of complex commercial projects. The Fire Risk Assessor's Role The Fire Safety Consultant will take responsibility for delivering high-quality fire risk assessments, compliance audits, and strategic fire safety advice to clients. Conducting fire risk assessments across commercial real estate Experience in Passive Fire Protection Surveys, Retrospective Fire Strategy documents, smoke control calculations, or thermal radiation analyses Carrying out audits and providing consultancy support to ensure compliance with current legislation Producing detailed reports and recommendations to improve fire safety measures Advising clients on Building Regulations, British Standards, and fire safety best practices Utilising advanced software tools to deliver market-leading risk assessments The Successful Fire Risk Assessor Will Have?
