Our client base continues to grow month on month and as a result we are now looking for a talented Fire Quality Surveyor to join us on our upward journey.\n\nABOUT THE ROLE\n\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of Fire & Security projects, from inception to completion. This role involves conducting inspections, preparing reports, and collaborating with project teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nConduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.\n\nReview and interpret fire and security plans, specifications, and contracts.\n\nKnowledge of fire and security Standards\n\nIdentify and document any defects or non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.\n\nPrepare detailed reports on inspection findings and quality assessments.\n\nCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality issues.\n\nMonitor and track the progress of quality assurance activities.\n\nEnsure that all materials and workmanship meet the required standards.\n\nAssist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.\n\nProvide training and guidance to site personnel on quality standards and best practices.\n\nStay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality management.\n\nExperience of managing and providing expert guidance to a team of fire and security engineers.\n\nIn depth knowledge of the industry who will be the point of contact for our industry accreditations.\n\nProven track record of producing high quality quotations with minimal assistance.\nQualifications:\n\nProfessional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is preferred.\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in quality surveying or a related role within fire and security.\n\nStrong knowledge of fire and security methods, materials, and regulations.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nProficiency in using quality management software and tools.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nValid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites.\nTHE PACKAGE\n\nStarting salary DOE with annual pay reviews.\n\n25 Days holiday plus bank holidays.\n\nCompany Vehicle\n\nPension scheme.\n\nDeath in Service available after qualifying period.\nINTERESTED?\n\nIf you like the sound of the above and want to be part of a fast-growing business, we would love to hear from you
