Let us show you all the ways we can Empower Your Purpose. br br We are seeking a talented Financial Services Assistant for our Wealth Management team. br br To learn more about Rehmann, visit: https://www.rehmann.com/careers/ br br How You Will Make an Impact at Rehmann: br br Conducting research, gathering & analyzing data and preparing forms and reports br Working with an advisory team to assist clients with their wealth management needs br Provides high-level support preparing applications, business development projects, and client communications with a high attention to detail br Drafting documents, proposals, exhibits, presentations and correspondence with a high attention to detail br Working as a liaison between clients and their financial advisors br Ensuring accurate and updated information is maintained in our CRM System; including phone calls, client actions/requests and meeting notes br Working with custodians and vendors to ensure that client requests are completed accurately br Arranging meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared, topics are prioritized and that all necessary objectives are met br Working with our team to cross-train in administrative and technical functions br br Your Desired Skills, Values & Experiences: br br 1 - 3 years of experience in the financial services; experience in a similar role preferred (paralegal, legal studies, legal assistant, etc.) br Associate degree in general business or similar education/experience combination br Outstanding client service and communication skills br Commitment to being an excellent representative of the Rehmann brand br Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel br Ability to multi-task while providing outstanding customer service to our internal and external clients br Ability to handle communications in a discrete and confidential manner br Ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment br Can do attitude and team player br Enthusiasm for helping others be successful br Unwavering integrity in all situations br br We Put People First in all that we do.
