Symbiotic Talent is currently partnering with a fantastic not-for-profit organisation for a permanent Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting Manager. They operate an agile working culture with 1-2 days a week in their Edinburgh office. This organisation is extremely people oriented and the leadership is talented and supportive. The Role Central to this role is the monitoring of the overall performance of the organisation ensuring that spend is in accordance with the overall annual plan and deliverables. You will be responsible for the planning, budget setting and long term strategic planning especially around the workforce. Planning, setting and monitoring the budget including review and reforcasts Developing and monitoring the capital budget in a regulated environment Creation and review of financial strategy and scenario planning. Building in the costings of workforce planning into long term strategy Systems owner for ERP system and all ERP systems upgrades and maintenance Review and report on budget performance and variances and recommend corrective actions Lead on projects requiring FP&A involvement Lead a team of 3 The Person An experienced qualified accountant (essential) with experience of managing people and developing ERP systems Experience of operating with senior stakeholders Strong track record in budgeting and forecasting Be approachable, analytical with excellent problem solving skills Have emotional intelligence!
