FP&A Analyst North Manchester Hybrid £40,000 - £50,000 + progression Forge Talent is working with a growing organisation in North Manchester who are looking for an ambitious FP&A Analyst with a sharp commercial mindset and the ability to influence at a senior level. This role sits at the core of business performance combining strategic finance, business partnering, and high-level analysis. You ll play a key part in turning numbers into action and helping shape financial decisions that actually move the needle. You ll join a fast-paced, supportive finance function that values insight, communication, and improvement. Responsibilities: Own the month-end reporting cycle for key divisions clear, timely, and insight-led Business partner with senior ops teams to support financial performance and drive accountability Analyse variances, track KPIs, and help teams understand their numbers (and what to do with them) Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across your area Work closely with Business Intelligence to bring data to life through dashboards and automation Constantly push to improve reporting, analysis, and how finance supports the wider business What we re looking for: Part or fully qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) Strong FP&A / management accounting experience Advanced Excel skills, confident with data manipulation and visualisation Clear communicator with the confidence to influence stakeholders and challenge where needed Bonus points for experience with Power BI or Access Dimensions, but not essential
