Reporting directly to the Finance Director based in Birmingham, this role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of financial processes, drive improvements, and contribute to strategic decision-making in a dynamic environment. ?? Location: Birmingham?? Position: Finance Manager?? Full-Time ?? Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring robust financial control. Prepare management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements, including VAT returns. Work closely with the Finance Director on strategic financial planning. Develop and improve financial processes and systems to support business growth. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior finance team members. Key Essentials of the Finance Manager: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified. Strong experience in financial management within an SME environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
