FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER/ FINANCE MANAGER HIGHER / FURTHER EDUCATION HYBRID PERMANENT FULL-TIME £48,000-57,500 LEEDS At Hays, we are working with a further/higher education institution who are looking for a Finance Business Partner/ Manager to join their Finance Team. Provide expert financial guidance to colleagues, influencing strategic and operational decisions. Collaborate with the finance lead to develop and implement the financial strategy. Identify and manage financial risks effectively. Deliver sustainable five-year financial plans with robust budget monitoring and control. Produce and present management accounts and financial information to management teams. Oversee financial activities such as statutory returns, investment appraisals, and contract reviews. Lead the finance team, ensuring workload management, staff development, and performance appraisal. Ensure adherence to the organisation's financial regulations and procedures. Assist and deputise for the finance lead, building networks with other teams and professional services. Drive continuous improvement of financial processes across the team. To be successful in this role, you will need...
