About the Role We are seeking a Finance Accounts Executive to support our finance function, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations. Reporting to the CEO & COO, this role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to financial administration. You will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and supporting reporting processes to help drive Cult Mia s success. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, reconcile payments, and manage supplier accounts. Financial Administration: Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring timely data entry and reconciliations. Bank Reconciliations: Assist in reconciling bank statements and identifying discrepancies. Expense Management: Support employee expense processing and compliance with company policies. Month-End Support: Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support financial processes and improve efficiency. What You ll Bring 1-3 years of experience in an accounts assistant or finance administration role. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and proficiency in Excel. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What We Offer Competitive salary and pension.
