The Role of the Field Service Engineer: You will be based from home, repairing and installing a range of end-of-line machinery. Equipment used within various industries such as food, construction, pharma, and distribution, amongst others. Visiting a range of well-known and prestigious clients. Conducting installations, commissioning and responding to breakdown calls. Fault find, diagnose, and repair equipment. Accurate report writing for customer and internal use The role is 50% mechanical, 50% electrical, so will suit a multiskilled engineer A Mon - Fri role with overtime available. The Candidate for the Field Service Engineer: Hold a formal engineering qualification such as City and Guilds, HNC, HND, NVQ, apprenticeship or an electrical qualification. You'll have previous field service experience or have been an engineer within the armed forces.
