Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an innovative design and manufacture engineering company to recruit a Field Service Engineer.Location- LeedsTravel - UK & InternationallySalary £35-40k Hours 37.5Benefits: 25 days holiday + statutory Bank Holidays, DC pension scheme, Life Assurance, Employee Assistance Programme The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the build, installation, service and maintenance of company products on customer sites across the UK and Internationally. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer will include: Install, service and maintain company products on varying sites Support team projects Respond to and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally Provide technical support and training to clients on the use and maintenance of equipment Document service activities and maintain detailed service records Skills and experience of the Field Service Engineer: Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation and control systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness and flexability to travel frequently to client sites Full clean UK driver s license Apply now or to discuss thie Field Service Engineer role in more detail, please contact Anna Morgan.
