Coffee Field Service Engineer Job title: Coffee Field Service Engineer Location: Edinburgh Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE) including working 1 in 4 Saturday + vehicle About the role This is a roasting hot opportunity to join the UKs leading coffee machine aftercare companyas we are seeking a Coffee Field Service Engineer to cover the Edinburgh area. In this role, you will be required to travel to customer sites to repair, maintain and install customer products and have the drive to deliver an exceptional level of service to all of our customers. The Candidate we are looking for Previous experience in coffee/ beverage equipment/ white goods or similar is advantageous, with a sound understanding of general electro/mechanical engineering and fault finding. We offer in house training, as well as manufacturer training to ensure you have everything you need to excel in your new role. Self-motivated Proven electro/mechanical fault-finding experience Great communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels Flexible approach to travel Ability to take the initiative to ensure the best action for the customer Customer focused Team player What we can offer Our team are here to support and advise so training can be provided to fill in the knowledge gaps.
