Proclinical is seeking a Field Access Manager to focus on the regions of Wales and Southwest England. This role focuses on developing partnerships with decision-makers to improve patient outcomes and boost sales performance. You will lead the development and execution of strategies for our product portfolio throughout the access lifecycle, from pre-launch to post-launch activities. Responsibilities: Foster a positive environment within the biologics market. Develop partnerships with stakeholders to promote understanding of the Patient Value Strategy. Establish the brand as a 'Trusted Partner' within the NHS. Utilize approved tools and solutions to achieve meaningful treatment outcomes. Demonstrate collaborative opportunities that support NHS operating plans. Build strong external networks to enhance local NHS business intelligence and credibility. Key Skills and Requirements: Strong influencing, negotiation, and networking skills. Ability to tailor solutions to customer needs, particularly within NHS Medicines Management. In-depth knowledge of NHS systems, funding flows, and partnership projects. ABPI qualification. Comprehensive understanding of NHS policy drivers and redesign initiatives. Experience with affordability modelling and reimbursement of medicines. Familiarity with ABPI-approved approaches to Pharma Partnering.
