NeuroSupport services are currently recruiting Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants with a background of Brain Injury and Mental health experience to support services users with an acquired Brain Injury. Our service aims to support rehabilitation and in enabling people to optimise independence and quality of life.
We are looking for psychology graduates,support Workers and Healthcare Assistants or suitable candidates who would be willing to support people both within their home environment and also willing to provide support in helping service users access the community. We are looking for candidates that are confident with working independently and providing empirical feedback where necessary.

Job Title: Female Support Worker/Admin Assistant
Location: Locks Heath, Southampton, SO31
Hourly Rate: £12.50-£14 per hour depending on experience.
Driver Essential? Yes
Gender Preference:This role is open to Female applicants only.
Start Date: ASAP
Days & Hours:
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 1 hour each day, late morning
About you-Essential Experience:
Preferable support and/or admin assistant with experience of working with people who have ABI (Brain Injury). Must be able to drive, and have access to their own vehicle.
About our client:
Our client is a 50-year-old female, who has an acquired brain injury from a concussion. The primary activity for the successful candidate will be social interaction over a short period of time each week. She is also seeking support with administrative tasks on her computer, and will also need to be driven short distances.
The required times have been specified above, but there is considerable flexibility about when this is and on which days.
Successful Candidates will:
Have access to full Training - including Brain Injury Awareness Training
CPD opportunities
Will be subject to Full Enhanced DBS

Gain Experience working with an MDT
