Your days will vary from handling matters relating to divorce; matrimonial arbitration/mediation ; pre-nuptial agreements; financial disputes; custody agreements; and wills & trusts disputes. You ll be instrumental in expanding the already wide range of expertise that this firm offers while absorbing the wisdom of your team members, along with the firm s wider private client offering and expert support staff. To excel in this Family Solicitor role, you will ideally have: Between 1 and 2 years of experience as a Family Solicitor, Lawyer, or Legal Executive (CILEx). In addition, the following is desirable: Experience handling matters relating to: divorce; matrimonial arbitration/mediation ; matrimonial finance disputes; pre-nuptial agreements; cohabitation disputes; Children Act, etc. Knowledge of general family-related legislation and relevant case law.
