The Role As a member of the expanding family law team, you will manage a diverse caseload, focusing on high-net-worth divorce and financial remedy cases, children s law, and preventative work. Additionally, you will handle international cases, TOLATA matters, and injunctive relief, with opportunities to specialise further. You will also play a key role in business development and contribute to the team's growth. Key Responsibilities Handle a varied caseload, including divorce, financial remedies, Children Act matters, and pre-nuptial agreements. Collaborate with Partners to advance cases and support team growth. Attract new clients and drive business development. Provide exceptional client care and maintain professional relationships. Ensure high-quality service and contribute to the team s overall performance. About you Experience in divorce, financial remedy proceedings, and Children Act matters, with a focus on high-net-worth cases. Strong technical knowledge of family law, with an interest in specialising further. Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders. Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and meet deadlines. Proactive in business development and teamwork. Degree-level law qualification (essential).
