We are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator, reporting directly to Facilities Manager to join our Facilities team based in Milton Keynes.

About the mission we offer you:
Facilities Coordinator - We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day routine office activities, including answering external/internal calls and welcoming all visitors and clients.
Responsibilities
Day to day ah-hoc admin tasks
Report office faults snags to Site Operations Supervisor; fill in incident logs
Picking up hospitality, travel, and various requests.
Logging Admin helpdesk tickets + other misc. duties
Manning main switchboard (answering, screening and forwarding calls)
Take and relay messages
Organise meeting rooms/provide coffee/lunches etc
Serve Visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (issue key cards, monitor people comings/goings)
Stock checks on stationary, PPE and sanitising stations.
Preparing meeting rooms, preregistering and general preparations for clients.
General point of contact (correspondence, queries, internal and external clients, and contractors) and directing queries to the correct departments.
General support for onsite clients
Preparing couriers & post
Back-up of Site operations & services support

Intermediate-advance in MS Office
