Local Estate Agency looking an experienced Estate Agent to work in a full-time permanent position in Gateshead/Newcastle. Hours of work will be 8.45am to 5.00pm and will include working every other Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm with the time back in lieu. Job Duties of the post will include:Carrying out Market AppraisalsAssisting in managing a sales teamSpeaking with potential clients, promoting the agency, negotiating terms, arranging valuationsMarketing/advertising properties for saleDealing with buyers, discussing new properties, arranging viewings, showing buyers around propertiesNegotiating sale pricesArranging conveyancing Experience Estate Agency experience essential.Applicants must have excellent management, listing , sales and negotiation skills; the ability to deliver an outstanding customer care experience and good IT skills.
