You ll be responsible for driving growth, managing profitability, and ensuring exceptional service for every client. It s a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on performance and customer care. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations and overall performance of your branch Lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales and service targets Drive listings and secure new business opportunities Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers Deliver expert advice and exceptional service throughout the sales process Stay up to date with market trends and maintain a strong local presence What We re Looking For: Proven experience in residential estate agency Strong background in valuations, listing properties, and converting sales Motivated leader who thrives on targets and team success Excellent communication and customer service skills A proactive, ambitious mindset with a desire to grow the business Full UK driving licence required Why Join Us?
