We are seeking a Site Services Manager who is a Continuous Improvement Champion, proactive, detail-oriented and experienced in site services engineering. Following significant investment, new machinery and restructuring, we have some great opportunities to join a forward-thinking business at this value-add site. One of the new roles is the newly created Site Services Manager. You'll work closely with the Engineering Manager, Site Project Manager and Maintenance Manager to drive the change from a repair culture to an improvement culture enhancing equipment performance and reliability by developing technical skills and knowledge of the wider engineering team. The Site Services Manager will lead their team to ensure statutory compliance is managed to meet relevant legal requirements and use effective continuous improvement methods to continually improve site efficiencies. As the Site Services Manager , you'll lead and supervise the Site Services Team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of site services, working closely with the Engineering Team. What we re looking for: Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Proactive mindset with the flexibility and ability to implement changes Commercial and business awareness, with strong financial acumen Experience in site services management, preferably in a manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods organization.
